1) Do we accept returns or exchanges?

- Returns for sold goods are not allowed unless we have sent an incorrect order.

- For incorrect orders, please email me at darrenkeehb@gmail.com with photos of the incorrect items.

- The product has to be returned:

a) in proper condition

b) unused / unworn

c) within 5 days from when the order reaches you

d) via postage (yes, you will have to post it back)

If the above criteria are not met, or the parcel gets lost, we have the rights to reject your exchange. 

2) Can I get a refund if I do not want my bracelet or is not up to my expectation?

- No. Sorry. Once your order is made and payment has gone through, its a closed deal. No refunds will be given.

- However, you may check with me prior to change your order if I have not started. But I re-iterate, NO REFUNDS.
