1) Where are we based at?

- We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!

 

2) Do you do Cash - On - Delivery (COD)?

- No we do not. We only offer delivery via postage

 

3) How do we deliver the goods?

- Our bracelets will be delivered via courier service (RM 7 for WM and RM 10 for EM)

- All postages comes with a tracking number. So after we post your order, we will send the tracking number to you personally for you to track and ensure the order goes through.

- The orders will be posted to your address that you provide. If at anytime the postman deliver the order when you are not around, you would have to collect the order personally along with your IC at the nearest post office (usually they leave a note behind to tell you which one).

- If you do not collect it in time, it might get sent back to me, andyou will have to pay the postage fee again for the second postage.

 

4) How long does it take for my order to be sent?

- After payment has been confirmed, it will take 3-5 days for us to complete the order. The next available Tuesday and Thursday, we will post the order to you. You will receive the tracking code via whatsapp if your item has been posted out.

 

5) Free shipping?

- With a minimum purchase of RM 100, you will be entitled for free shipping!

 

6) How long does it take for my order to be received after postage?

- Usually 1-2 days if within Kuala Lumpur area. 1-3 days if other states in Malaysia.
